Hi vineet_d,

Thank you very much on your recommendation,

I have downloaded it.

However, everytime, i try to convert .mov file, the software will give 'No input video (directshow mismatch?)' error.

Does anyone know what is wrong?

Thank you,

Any help will be appreciated.

i do not think mpegable supports conversion of .mov files.

Hi,

Thank you very much,

I still can't convert .mov file to .mp4 or to others file format eventhough I have already installed all the decoder.

I have to convert .mov to .avi first then, from .avi to .mp4

Hi again,

I am new to the convertion thingy....

I have a file which is about 26 MB.

I used mpegable to convert the file to .mp4.

After convertion, the .mp4 file size is about 2 MB,

Are there any ways to reduce the size of the file?

Thank you again,

Any explanation will be appreciated.

You probably cant reduce the size beyond that without losing video or audio quality.

26 MB -> 2 MB

But if you want to - There's 2 tabs video encoding and audio encoding. You can reduce the bit rates and also the sampling frequency of audio to reduce file size but then it's not worth watching because of the low quality.

I think 26 MB -> 2 MB is optimum maybe even extra compressed.
