is it possible to record on the sound recorder and then turn it into a ringtone on t68i?? or record something on computer and then send it to phone as ringtone??

Nope! The recording needs a speaker to be heard loudly, the thing that doesn't exist in t68 otherwise u would have by now polyphonic ringtones.
