Are you using the standard sync station?
Tech Support: "What does the screen say now?"

assuming you have got the same or a similar version of the software as I had for the P800, it won't work with Outlook 2003.

Do you know the version of the software you have installed?

The only other option I can suggest is there is a little security feature within Outlook that prevents third party software from accessing it. You would normally get a pop-up asking of you want the program to access the Outlook files.

You could try a program called ClickYes which automates this process and will allow the window to be processed. Maybe worth a try.

Not sure of a webpage but a search on Google for 'ClickYes' will find it.

Re-install the translator (download it from SE site) and don't forget to uninstall your current one... (XTNDConnect)

the PC suite 3.x and higher all supports outlook 2k3 (I use it at home)

Try the normal stuff?

1) Disable any firewalls (if zone alarm, mcafee's or nortons, add in the PC suite programs for added safety. see the read me in c:program filessonyericssonmobile )

2) make sure the cable hasn't been installed at the god forsaken speed of 9600 (device manager -> ports -> synstation -> port settings -> 115200)

3) make sure outlook is set as the default for email, contacts and calender in the Internet options control panel. (programs tab)

4) make sure you don't click "no" when it says something is trying to access outlook.

Oh yeah, can you access the phone through your My P910 icon on the desktop?

then maybe your office setup is corrupt. You definately SHOULD get it with outlook 2k3.

Try running the outlook/office setup again and select repair.

this reply may be 2 years late, but only recently i had this problem but found no answers.

here's what i've discovered. if you are using microsoft exchange mail, you may need to be connected to the exchange server before you can sync with your phone.
