Bluetooth connection problems |

I have a K700i and am using a Motorola HS810 headset.
The problem I have is that the phone keeps losing the connection to the headset. To remedy the problem, I have to turn the phone off and on again and then reconnect manually.
I have the latest firmware on the phone.
Can anyone help????? |

@crazyxboxman
Have you tried any other Bluetooth headsets to narrow the problem down to either the K700 or the headset?

I have also tried a Motorola HS820 and it does the same thing.
The problem is that it is an intermittent fault.
Sometimes the phone will go days working fine, and other times it just won't connect to the headset.
The phone has even been back to Sony. They said that they have fixed it and tested it but I think that all that they did was upgrade the software. It only took them 4 weeks to do that. That is why I don't want to send the phone back to them. |

I suggest that you try to claim a new K700 under warranty if SE have already 'fixed' it with no success. You could always wait for new firmware to be released.

I have the same problem with my HBH-35. After I do a Master Reset it works fine for a few weeks, but the problem back again.
Any idea?
Tks in advance,
Leo. |
