@goldenface

Look at the popularity list from esato and you can see t610 never fall below top 5. For the last two weeks, it claimed top spot.

Over here the T610 is still growing. I see more and more people using it. Especially women seem to like it. The price has dropped to around €150. That is low enough for people that like the design but do not really care about function.

It still looks very good. It's shape is timeless, often imitated, never done better - even not by SE themselves. And the SE logo is proud on top and very visible when making a call.

And its specifications are good enough to stand strong between most of today's new phones.

I still have my T610 aluminium haze, the first generation arrived in my country (no red nor blue color choice at the time I bought it), accompanied by a camera flash MF-10.

I really love this phone even though I now have a P900 and I would never think to sell or trade this phone for anything.

I still have my T610. I have now upgraded to a S700i though.

The T610 was a great phone - a typical ericsson, very tough! I have had mine for about 16 months. 16 months of hard use on construction site! I dropped it in a cup of tea once! Night in the airing cupboard and it was fine!

Its had its day though, the numj 8 key is sticky sometimes, as is the joystick. Worse tho is the phone just wont charge properly anymore (dodgy contacts) and the phone doesnt hold charge so well (2 days)

Still, IMO its a gorgeous phone. One of the best looking phones ever made

@CrackerJack, Masseur, a.o.

Why do you keep the T68 in use and not the t610?

I still use it, once in a while. I like the feel of it in my palm. I always have an ICT-13 on it.

When I go out with friends and I need a small phone that will fit in my tight jeans pocket, I definitely have my T68i with me.

I sold my T610 to a mate for £50 when I upgraded to my P910i. Still think it was a great phone. Sadly my wife upgraded hers yesterday - to a Nokia 6230! I tried, I really did, but she was swayed by the salesman. Still at least if she forgets about her T610, I can keep it as a spare for me!
