im having trouble with my mobile when i ring somebody or somebody rings me i can hear everything they say but they cant hear me at all it was alright friday but since saturday its happenend can anyone help?

Best to get it down the shop and get it checked out.

Its a nokia fone and i dont know where reset button is or even if its got one

Sounds like it could be a microphone problem - what phone exactly have you got?

If you feel brave, and have a T6 screwdriver you could take the phone apart and give the internals a clean with a soft brush like an artist's one. Many phones I've had that don't transmit my voice usually had a load of dust and crap around the mic, or the metal contacts that connect to the phone's PCB needed re-adjusting as they had been flattened over months/years of use.

If in doubt about doing this though, take it to an authorised repair shop - taking a phone apart if you don't know what you're doing could make things worse!

Your a bloody genius mate it works now thanks alot if your ever near barnsley let me know and ill buy you a pint. will i have 2 activate loudspeaker on every call 2 get it 2 work or should it be fine now?
