Phone Bites Inc, a pioneering mobile entertainment company has released the RAZZ, a software application that lets mobile phone users interject stored sound clips directly into their phone conversations, on the fly, according to a company press release.
Already, substantial numbers of consumers have downloaded and “RAZZed” each other with famous Bushisms like, “I believe that human beings and fish can co-exist peacefully,” and “I want an energy bill that encourages consumption.”

Or call a fence-sitting acquaintance and ask, “Did you know that Bush said ‘I want an energy bill that encourages consumption’?” When said acquaintance says W. didn’t say that, play back the RAZZ clip proving your point.
