I alwayys use the xhtml version of the forum on wap, there seems to be some ongoing problems with it tho- every now an them i get a 'something is wrong with the page...' message which makes it impossible to read some pages, also there is know way to bookmark topics like you can in wml, also when you search it puts you back to the wml version of the forum. Anyone else have there problems?

i rarely have those problems. When I do get an 'item not supporetd' error message it's usually to do with an uncommon sign (like currency symbols) in thread titles, thus preventing it to load properly.

i used to have the problem of not getting on pages on xhtml when i had my t300 i just assumed it was because there was a symbol like a dollar or pound sign or something else on the page that the phone could not display....although i may be wrong. [addsig]

I thought it might be something like that too, surely the script should filter those signs out then like it does with images.

dunno about filtering but even on my p8 on html lite it cant display quotation marks i just get a box instead so if the phone or site can sort them out then i should think it could do it on xhtml. [addsig]
