Just a quick note to say hi to you all as this is my first of many (hopefully) posts.
Am just waiting for my K700i to be delivered, a choice influenced after much reading of this forum! As an ex-Nokia user you'll have to bear with me as I learn the intricacies of the phone, but hopefully I'll become an active member of this forum.
Speak to you all soon. |

@donegali - Glad to have you here mate? So where are you from? About your SE K700/i mate, better have it upgraded at once, once delivered to your doorsteps/bought . . . to the latest firmware - R2AA... or R2L... As it will surely increase it's battery's life by 30-40% as majority of our co-members are saying here. See ya around pal ! |

@JN - the upgrade has already been planned but thx for the advice
@k700nut - Got it free as a branded Orange phone. Unlocking and de-branding has been thought of but I'll probably give it a try for a few months first. I can see the advantages of unlocking it but am unsure whether it's worth de-branding.
To those that asked, I'm from the UK, and thx for all your replies! |

It arrived 2 days ago and I spent most of yesterday learning how to use it! Initial impressions are very good, the phone seems a lot faster than the T68i I used to have and as for the toys .......
I think this could be the beginning of a very long love affair :S
