Hello, i've had a T610 for about 6 months and a few days ago i was trying it with some different covers, when the keypad backlight stoppped working. i felt this was time to stop playing with covers. Then over the last few days, the keys have started to stop working and now the whole of my keypad just doesnt work, i can turn it on but have no way of putting my pin in!!! i cant master reset!!

plz help me, btw i have a datacable

if you take the cover off again and press the buttons then, does it work?

it just sounds like maybe the keypad is not seated correctly under the cover or something like that

yeh i tried it again with the keypad of and the front cover off but still no luck and the connection seems fine.

is there any way to master reset my phone using fma or something to help the issue?

never used fma so I will leave that for some other knowledgable person however I'm not convinced a master reset would do the job, though its probably worth a try, but it does sound more like a service centre check is required

Probably at usage the keypad and cover sliped away a bit, even millimeters counts if it doesnt fit well. If u never done it before, let it make by an expert

we can fix this problem if want doing let me no, defo sounds like a hardware fault not software
