Hi!
I have made a program to easily make HID-profiles to your K700i and/or S700i, although I have only tested it with my K700i. You can download it from http://www.cyd.liu.se/users/~andgu842/Hid/ . |

very nice, manually looking for keyboard code and editing hid profile in text editor is real pain. |

@oneman: I must say that you had made a great effort in this...i appreciate that but just want to know if we can assign any system command to a particular key

Thanks.
Yes, any command that consists of keys that the program supports, and I can't find very many keys that the program don't support.
Also, don't miss that I've made a smaller change to the program since I posted the link. |

@ troymclure
With this gem of a program you can create HID files for the K700 which are the remote control files in the bluetooth menu. The standard ones are Desktop, Presenter and Media Player but you can download ones for Internet Explorer, iTunes and more.
So if you have a favourite application that you want to remote control from your phone, now you can make them. I can finally make one for Firefox and maybe one for Office apps!
I was contemplating making an app like this myself but never bothered putting much effort into it, I'm glad someone did. Thanks oneman! |

Don't forget to mention that the computer you connect to have to support the BT HID-profile. I had to upgrade my MSI-drivers to get the support, but I've heard that microsofts drivers support it. |

Excellent application!
Finally I could make my own iTunes HID, since the ones I've found on the net never seemed to work properly!
I have on question though, the commande for fast-forward and rewind is "Ctrl+AltGr+Right/LeftArrow", but it doesn't seem like the "AltGr" works for some reason... Is this something with the general HID in bluetooth/windows or can I fix this somehow? Tried looking for the keyboard codes for AltGr but with no success! |
