A boy has been caught advertising mobile phones, computer consoles, cameras, and camcorders for sale - none of which had ever been in his possession. He ended up with £45'000 stolen from the public.

I can only wonder..... wouldn't his parents have noticed his spending habits?? 
and Paypal isn't so great either unfortunately

I totally agree. When the Limo turned up didn't they think it was a bit much on a paperboy's wage or something?
They must of been in on it surely.
I must admit that I've never used paypal myself but I've known people to find it ok.
