It's puking, revolving, and rolling on my pc. Maybe, your Internet Explorer needs reinstallation.

Try restarting your pc before you do anything - it's surprising what a reboot can sometimes fix!

e.g. my PC decided not to play any sound for some unknown reason earlier today - did a restart and it worked fine.

mostly its your firewall which may b causing this problem...is it zone alarm ? there is a setting something like disable animated.... which disables smilies n animated ads.
