Sorry if this is a stupid question but my T68i refuses to recognise the camera. The option remains greyed out.
Am I missing something or do I need to set it up differently?

Thx

I had a similar problem with a T68i and an MCA-25, I found that simply giving the cam a slight waggle whilst it was connected to the phone did the trick - could be a loose connection or something

in most cases like this the contacts have become corroded or oxidised so a gentle clean with some alcohol based cleaner usually solves the problem

Yes ! When I experienced some problems similar to this back then, I just used a 'dry' toothbrush to clean the metal joint parts of the fone, the one with zinc/bronze color, and a little blow to remove some dirts that blocks the entry of the cam's end . . .
