t68i gprs is not available |

hi
i just got a new t68i (software:r2b025 hardware: r4a)
i downloaded the setup from the SE site
however i can't connect via the gprs
the gprs indicator in the bottom left corner is empty all the time
is that my problem? (i guess it is)
my service provider (orange) said that it might be something wrong with the t68i
i wanted to know if it is a known issue?
is my phone malfunctioned?
is it a software\harware problem?
do you have any suggestions?
(by the way i'm from israel)

Well i wouldn't av thought it was the fone? T68i gprs worked fine on mine. I'd check ur connectivity settings to make sure. But u say it say's' gprs not availiable'?

most of the time i get:
recived :0 bytes
sent :0bytes
00:01:23 (the time chnges from 0 to 02:00)
another reaction is gprs failed
and all the time :in the status screen i get: "connection state:no access"

Not sure but sounds more like a service provider problem.
