Great phone but now "8" key does not click like the rest and registers only 4 out of five times. Terrible SMS typing. Only used it for 10 days and sometimes the key hardly works at all. I'm sure the "*" key is the next to go. Service point says too complicated for them. Should send to SE.

But sometimes it works fine (still no click though) so I am worried when I send it I will be without phone for 3-4 weeks (NL) and they might not do anything...

Better to wait till other things go as well?
Allways look at the bright side

I certainly think you should turn it in. When you get the phone back you will not regret that you sent it in. Just make sure that it is not in the middle of the vacations for the SE guys...

Get it sent off. Just write a letter of what exactly is wrong with it stating that it is intermitent. I'm sure they will sort it for you.

Yeah this is a very good point! Take it back if it's only that old and tell them you want a replacement - worked for me a lot of times!

I've delivered back two t68i phones to my SP here in Norway because of the same problems. The "3" button only worked if I pressed it really hard. My SP took care of everything. They sent the phone back to the manufacturer, and I got a new phone back 7-10 days after I delivered it.

PS: You will get a new phone but not a new battery. Both times I've got my old battery back with a new phone.
