if you want to use the sync station, and assuming it connects ok for synchronisation etc (i.e. its all setup and working) then just go to the  K700 support page and click on applications and download and install the Sony Ericsson File Manager (this is also on the CD that came with the K700 but the web version may be a later version)
this will give you an icon on your desktop called "my phones" which, when clicked, gives you a "windows explorer" like window to drag and drop files to and from your K700
