Do not give this company your valued business they are so useless and basically a crap company.
I ordered a few weeks ago and the phone showed in stock so i placed the order and then got email it was out of stock 3 hours later.
Now yesterday i wanted to order a phone for my sister so this time i rang them and confirmed it was in stock and i would recieve today if i used royal mail special delivery , i was told yes no problems it was done about 2.30pm so all i was told would be fine, Great i thought it's my day off tomorrow and i could be here to sign for the phone for her.
Guess what postman as been and no phone  So i rang the customer services who couldn't give a sh*t about the customer
, don't know why it hasn't been sent was the reply i got , fine i said cancel the order and refund me, sorry it's been sent this morning you'll have to send it back and we will process a refund..............
This company i only have one word for and it's useless (being polite due to forum censors) don't use them they are a waste of time , i should have stuck with extele or expansys , never had probs with either of them.
Sorry to go on like an old man but thing's like this really pi*s me off .....

totally agree. This is how crap mobile fun are. i bought a p900 screen from them and they asured me it would be dispatched to me within 14 days. i wait 14 days and guess what, nothing. so i phone them up and am told it would be another 14 days, so i launched a tirade of abuse at the phone operator and asked for a refund. he refunded me £139 (which i know is a rip off and eventually got one for £70).
the thing is i only paid £119 for the screen as it was reduced, what a bunch of idiots, they paid me £20. i dont think they have heard of managment before. |

I've dealt with mobile fun on one occasion.
I ordered a vibrating 5110 battery (was a few years back now). They rang me the day after i ordered it to tell me that what was advertised on the website was different to the product itself. I receive my battery, and it doesn't work. I give em a ring, and am told to send it back for a replacement. A few days later i get a new battery back, which works perfectly. Even though i was a tad peeved about the first battery not working, i thought their service was acceptable 
They might have changed in all those years though

I don't have any quams with them I ordered a case for a phone V600 and it came ;-) have u guys tried www.i2020.co.uk amazingley fast they are bought a SE case from them :-)

I have delt with them a few times now and have found them to be pretty good... Apart from my last order!
I ordered a dss-25 off them a couple of months ago at the reduced price of £19  the item was said to be in stock.
So placed my order (before 4pm which usally means i'll get it next day).
Waited for it the next day... nothing, day after.... nothing.
Checked the website the item was now saying 2-3 weeks for delievey!
Emailed mobile fun and was told should get it within the next seven days!
I got it about a month after i ordered it 
But I did get it and it worked fine and i've updated my k700 so i guess i'm pleased.

i sent them my P800 to them for them to unlock it. They say typical turn around times are 10 days but can change during busy periods please phone to check if its a busy period. I phone them and ask if there busy they say technician is free so i would easily get the phone inside 10 days but she said you'll have it by 5 easy, so i sent the phone via special delvery and waited 10 days No p800 each day felt like 100hrs long with out my baby! I phoned them and said wheres my phone you told me its going to take 5 - 10 days.
They gaurenteed i would have it in 5 days 5 days pass and i dont have the god damn phone i phone throug them a load of abuse and then they apologise and gaurentee that they will have it with me in the next few day. Then finally it arrives only to find the god damn phone didnt turn on i had to send it off to......CELSTICA who took 2 nice months to return it! so basically i was shafted out of months of precious p900 use, i got a refund from mobile fun and a email basically saying f**k you dont use our services again.
Total crap customer service and they take forever to answer the phone. |

I got my 7610 from them, and they were all good, straight-forward and no problems. I like them, but that's probably because it was in stock for a while.
