Looking at the close ups at the start of this topic it doesn't look to me like the (if any) macro is much to bra about
I hope to be getting my S700 later today so I'll try that out as one of the first things I do. I love macro photograpy

@tranquil
Good to hear you will be getting the S700i

I need you to do me a big favour if possible, i need you to take pictures of the S700i and the IAC-25 when fitted in the pouch.

I just need a rough idea of 'how it looks'.

Cheers.

Hi everyone! This is my second post! (still havent got a reply for my first one so hoping i get more success this time round lol)

On page 2 of this thread i saw you ppl discussing the memory capacity of the S700...i was wondering if its possible to put an entire movie on that 128Mb card? What would you need to change the movies format from ".avi" for example and how big would it be after its been resized to fit on the memory card if it was say...700Mb to start with...

And if not is it just better to get a P910? The only problem would be the 0.3Mp VGA camera i guess...

On my old P900 i managed to fit a full movie on my 128mb card.
Actually the size was around 115mb in high MP4 quality.
Most movies and other videos are posted on the link below.

As this topic is regarding the S700i, i have not yet created any videos.
Watch this space in future to see MP4's for the S700i.

SE's 'sharpest' cam at present I guess? Does it beat that of the P910 model mates?

I work at Jubilee Pool (next door to the Subaru garage) , Knutton Rec Centre, Chesterton Community Sports Centre and Kidsgrove Sports Centre. You live in the N-U-L area or Stoke ?

Hmmm... It seems that the S700i "burns" white colour.
How much zoom can you get without having to reduce image size?
