What's the best picture resolution to optimally display (as large as possible) someone's photo when he or she calls you?

Yeah thanx Goldenface, but i'm not too worried 'bout that. 
Just noticed that some pictures (especially vertically taken) display very small when i'm being called. Was wondering what caused it and what resolution (... x ...) would change this.

Mine don't either, but sometimes they take up only half of the pop-0up window that in my k700 would be filled with the entire photo.
Also, in my pictures folder on my phone, a lot of pics i transferred from my k700 or p800 don't show the thumbnail, just a picture icon. Even after waiting and waiting for the thumbs to load, they simply won't.
Strange...
