Hey Guys, I'm a keen T68I user but there are a number of things about the phone that stop it from going from a really damn good phone to an absolutely perfect phone.
Firstly; The damn BLINKING LED!!!!
Some people love it, some people hate it, all we ask for is the option to turn it off! I mean you can make it flash in a melody!
Secondly; The SMS tone, it would be really nice to assign our own tone to SMS.
Thirdly; The clock screen saver, this is a big issue for a lot of people, and okay fair enough it needs to be there to reduce battery drain.
But it would be really nice if we could see things such as time/battery/signal/sms/missed calls.
Even if it was only in the same monochrome mode as the clock, with the added option to make the screensaver last longer.
Im sure there are other things that may niggle you, but these are the most frequent. So please maybe sign with your second name or initials, Im sure privacy is a concern to you.
If this takes off, can the moderator please arrange to have this sent to Sony Ericsson. With the list of people who have agreed. |

1. I like the flashing LED. however have a ON or OFF function and perhaps Green or RED!
2. Yeah SMS tones need to be clearer/louder
3. Use Volume contorl fwhen main screen or locked.
it shows.

perhaps they could add additional info in here? or we can enable disable what we want to see or not to see

yes, you have my support, and 1 more to add, Sony Ericsson should also allow us to set in the menu to automatically turn on the lcd light whenver we use the side volume control to have a quick view of my phone's status. This has been a problem since my T28's time, as it is too dark at times to see anything.

. Flashing LED - yes, it's too distracting in the bedroom at night.
2. SMS tone - the volume should also be louder
3. Clock - yes, I agree

I think the key to a good phone is versatility, so the option to do all 3 things are important. Sign me up! DK

im not againts at this petition but if you cannot live and accept this phone the way it was then why pay SE to create a "perfect phone" for you? people always complain about some features on their phone which is unique.
sorry man |

I think better to add some backlight to the clock when we slide the volume control to see some info on the batt's standby n talking time, it would help alot in dark room
For the blinking LED, it's the unique feature of ericsson dun think they want to change it in the future (i maybe wrong here) but it's help to indicate to you whether ur phone has reception or not when the clock is showing

I love that blinking green light, it tells me that my phone is still alive, and when it goes red that it's dying, I agree u want the option to turn it on and off but Come ooonnnn I mean u want an option for every option!!!!!
As for the clock thing I love it, I don't mind it, again u want an option I guess they should try and respond to what consumers want
As for the sms tune I'll bit it will be fixed in a very soon to come upgrade after so many people have complained about it!!!!
Good job, by the way It's good that u r trying to change the things that annoy u..... |
