@sadiq except of giving the black thing to concierge i did all of them already when i started this thread, sorry i didnt mentioned. Anyway, i call scully, but nothing happens and i cannot leave the hotel. Any tips? Thx.

I faxed the id, gave to courier the tube, watched tv, scully cannot hear me and i cant drive from hotel. Or u think the problem is that i didnt made it in the right steps as u wrote? Do i use the impland for a better reception with scully?
