welcome to Esato
just send it from the pc using IR, BT or cable and it will be put in the correct folder
what connection method are you using?

None at the moment...
Got to get me an IR-thingy....Do they come with some kind of program or anything?
(First bought a z1010 which had a usb connection , which felt like something I was used to....but IR...??) |

windows xp should recognise ir when you plug it in.
bt usually comes with driver software.
my logic is undeniable. |

If you're gonna need to buy some new hardware, I'd recommend buying a Bluetooth dongle rather than IR. It's more reliable, faster and works anywhere within 10m of the device (i.e. you don't have to line the devices up in sight of one another). |

I think it's not possible to transfer mp3's via IR (read from somewhere in esato) better go for bt since an ir and bt have almost the same price range at least in my country.. or better yet a sync station (dss-20) so you can update you fw online vie se site.

It is possible to transfer mp3s via IR, but you will need about 30 minutes minimum!
