If u mean the simple Image Editor that is standard in the phone then yes it has it.
It also has clipart u can insert

@MikLSP - my K700i does not have the image editing facility that my old T610 did. Or if it does it's very well hidden...

I'm sure it does! I know I haven't imagined it..........have I?!
I don't have the K700 with me at the moment so I can't check.
Do u have the facility to add clipart because I KNOW I've done that on the K700. It has hats & glasses & noses & moustaches etc.!!

take a pic on the small setting or if u have a pic sent to u. then go to use then edit!! then u can like add stuff like effects, paint and clip art but u can only edit pics uve taken with small size, gimme propz on tht , lol, oh and
