I'm pretty happy with SmartNet's service. Okay din yung mga CSR nila. They are very courteous and professional.

Back in 2000, I bought an R320 from Globe. After a month, the phone died. I brought it back to GLOBE. Since the '7-day immediate phone replacement if your phone dies' grace period has already expired, GLOBE refused to replace my phone and could only offer to pull it out and have it 'serviced' by their technicians. I went to SmartNet. They acknowledged that the phone was dead. They replaced my phone (OPEN LINE!!!), no questions asked.

When I got my P800 (from Semicon...), the Jog Dial died after 7 months or so. Brought it to Smartnet. Since the phone was still within warranty, they replaced the Jog Dial outright. No questions asked.

They also have a nice place with ample parking.

The only complaint I have with SmartNet is their lunch break. If you go there during lunch, they have no cashier. Hence, even if your phone is already fixed, you can't leave because their cashier is still out for lunch.

It would be nice if SmartNet would shift their lunch break to 1pm or 11am during workdays (m-f)
