Hi I just bought a lovely HBH-20 but I am having problems with voice recognition. Went through some forums and I found out we can actually record our voice commands via the bluetooth handsfree? I have been trying to do so in my phone but to no success... please help.

To record your voicelabels via the headset:

just follow the menu with adding voicetags but when the phones beeps and you must say the voicecommand, press the call button on your headset, then say the name. This is gonna screw up this voicetag but when the display asks "voice command ok?" just press and you can start over agian but from now on you can record all te voice labels via the headset. The beep that indicates the phone for being ready to accept your voice command is played through your headset instead of through the phone speaker.

Little note, this trick works fine on HBH-15 (both t68m & t68i) not sure about HBH-20!! We had a customer with t68m+hbh20 and we couldn't pull the trick but he had the first t68m SW version so that could have been the problem (and is yours to maybe)

Yes Im using it with my T68i,..works great. Very easy to use, quite good sound-quality.
Battery-standby is not as high as my HBH-10, but still sufficient

So for now, I'm quite satisfied with this bluetooth headset.

The trick with recording voice labels with the headset should work with the HBH-20, as well as with the HBH-10 & 15. I've done it (although I don't own a HBH-20, I have a HBH-15), and it worked fine, and the software on the T68 was R2A. On older software-versions, like R1B recording voice-labels via the headset didn't work (this was with my HBH-15). So that might be the problem, as suggested in the above post.

I like mine very much, have had it for a year, and I find it much better than having a thing sticking out of my ear. Funny thing is you can't believe how many ppl have asked if it's a telephone!

@Fil , it depends on your preferences. if im wearing an eyeglass or sunglass, i suggest you get the bluespoon. size- haft of your thumb. but if you prefer ericsson unit, well not a problem. use contact lenses. :-)

This is what I do to record voice tags with a BT headset, works without issue:

when the time comes to press 'Yes' and hear the tone to record the voice tag, instead of pressing 'Yes', I first make the connection to the phone. Once connected I then press 'Yes', then hear the tone in the headset and say the voice tag.

For example:
Settings -> Voice Command -> Voice Profiles -> Edit Commands -> In Car (for example) -> Add Voice Command? -> this is when I make the connection to the phone -> (press 'yes') -> hear the beep -> say voice tag
