Annoying Ive found out the only way to take photos without that sound everytime is to dial a free number and use camera then.
But anyone know any tips on how to improve taking pictures in the dark? The flash light doesnt do much unless your close up and nightmode just brightens up the screen. I hate those stupid fuzzy and dotty pictures taken in the dark! |

oh yeah...with a little experimentation lower resolution photos take in the dark are much better than higher resolutions for the k700i.
maybe due to the phones hardware not good enough for high resolution photos (heard it from somewhere) |

I was about to suggest trying smaller picture size but u already figured that out.
The photolight is indeed only intended for close-up pics.

The problem is definately cause you're using large resolution pics.
Use the smallest size pic in the dark & they won't be grainy.
What do you mean by dial a free number to get rid of the camera sound? I've tried everything from putting the phone on silent to lowering the volume keys all the way down but none of them work. |

when you call someone, you can press the middle button and go to the main menu. access the camera and then the sound is off. its because when you call you use the phone speaker to listen and not the speaker at the back. its a long method and its best have a call that dont cost |

I keyed in >*<<*<* in and looked under service info then software info. My phone says the camera version is 3.9 and the lcd version is 200406041. What are the latest versions? If you have upgraded your fone, have you fone a difference for the camera or lcd screeen? |
