Phone not ringing when using HBH-20 |

Hello
Does anybody have the same problem : when I'm using my HBH-20 headset (Bluetooth automatic or always on) the phone is not ringing neither vibrating when I receive a call. There is only a ring in the bluetooth headset... which I can't hear if I don't have the earpiece on.

Connect -> bluetooth -> options -> headset sound -> select in phone.
For me the most comfortable setting. Headset on and in range, with incoming call you can accept the call in the phone by pressing yes or accepting with the headset by pressing the answer button on the headset. Making a call starts it default with the phone, and if you want to use the headset just press the button when your phone is setting up the call.
This setting is not available with all t68m software versions. |

thanx for your reply but normally shouldn't it ring in both headphone and phone when it's on "always ask" mode ? |

as for my HBH 15 .. it will ring 1st before the hp will ring ...
