I was just wondering now that they have released 1.0PR version and it's going crazy....... they wanted to touch 1 million mark in 10 days, but it seems like they migh cross that mark in less that half time....... just check this out www.spreadfirefox.com
I personally do love this browser..... do any of u use it? If so, do you feel it's better than IE? (may be a dumb question) |

been using it since it was called firebird... the start up is lightning fast on my pc, though thunderbird (the standalone email client) is pretty slow..
i do have some preferrential extensions installed, which enhane the browsing experience.. tabbed browsing is the only way to go..

I agree the application loading is slow compared to IE, but the overall browsing experirence is awesome..... however, I wish they incorporate TBE extension into the application instead of as an extension.......... |

been using firefox since beta 0.7 and I've like every incarnation better than IE. I don't know what I would do without tabbed browsing. |

Like everyone said before , its a fine browser , compact , havent experienced any bugs . But it needs to evolve and they are doing it .

with tabbed browsing, you don't need to open multiple browser windows while browsing multiple sites...... you can jus topen one browser window and have multiple tabs inside it for multiple sites....... this way your taskbar is not cluttered....... All the browsers out there are using tabbed browsing except for IE, which unfortunately rules the market |
