hi there!how r u?hope u can help me,i really need ur help.why is it everytym i play a certain mp3 on d media player after playing for 13sec d k700 just hangs n then d screen goes blank n it flashes n then restarts again.i tried d other mp3s but they play very well.do u think d problem is on that certain mp3 or do i need to have my firmware upgraded?i still hv r2a.plz help me!tnx a lot!more power n godbless! |

I didn't lose anything when I upgraded the fw except for the shortcuts on the phone and P500 (approx. US$9) service fee at the SE service center.
