I have just heard that there is a delay in awarding a contract for the construction and development of 3G mobile network in Singapore and no time frame has been fixed. The news item comes from Singapore Telecommunications.
Despite this delay, the SingTel also said that it has shortlisted the following players to award contracts:
Ericsson, Nokia, Siemens & Itochu.
