Trade mark or the right to use it, think thats the way to call it. Anyway, i think they know what kind of responsibilities and result (if it is) is to wait by using and offering such things. Its their apart of the story, our is to have fun with those thms, melodies, games or whatever. Imho.

First, yes we do have permission from Chris Hilgert at yeti sports to use the games.
Sorry, I dont have the jar file for the games, they're all in .swf (flash) format and linked to a DB via PHP
So you can rest easy and enjoy the free ganming. All the scores will be reset early this month and the next round will begin to find the arcade king who will win a £10 HMV voucher. For more information, please read the arcade guidelines.
