[k700i] Playing mp3 files in the right, sequential order |

Hi again! I have been transfering mp3 files to listen on my k700i and once they are transfered (bt) and a dir is created for that particular bunch of files, when in the player, I cant get them to be sequenced and played in the proper order like...01,02,03,04,05 etc. Whats the trick on this?
This really sucks since I have a bunch of comedy cds that I rip and that I`m starting to like carrying around in my k700i for whenever I`m bored.I rip one or two CDS and convert them to 16kbs 8 Mhz mp3s (takes about 7-8 megs of space...each album mp3 . HOW COOL IS THAT? You can hear it good enough quality too!). Radio is too boring sometimes, and this is great cause I dont have or need a high capacity mp3 player...But being able to get the correct file ordering is important especially for those kinds of things Im listening to right now.
Any tips?Thanks |

Do u have "Random" set to ON?
It is in the 'more' menu.
Or does it just play the order of the list? I think the list is in the order they're put on the phone with newest at the top.

Yeah, random off. Plays as is on list. Are you telling me that the last file that gets sent to my phone will count as the 1st being played? It makes sense and I think thats what happens, cause a lot of times I get reversed order.Last to 1st. But this sucks bad...I want to order them properly. This is one thing I want for the next firmware update!Hear me out SE.
You know if there is another media player time app thats more costumizable and that I can use one my phone? |

This "error" has bugged me too for quite a while now. It really sucks that you cant sort your files.

I agree. SE should put an option to play the music in the order we want. But we already know the problem so we're gonna have to do it manually until an update is released. Copy the last ones first.
resistance is futile. |
