Just sent my T68m in for service....what will I get back? |

I has having problems with my phone. I would try to use my phone and I would not be able to make a call .... even with a full signal strenght. I would have to turn off my phone then turn it back on to make a call. Also when I had a low signal strenght I could make calls and recieve SMS and voice mail notifications....but not any incoming calls.
I just fedexed my phone - battery and sim to ES.
Will I get new software??? will I get a T68i??
Any ideas? |

if you just get a software update depends on which version you had before.... if your phone had R2D you will probably get a swap unit, if it has a earlier software version they will just make a software update. Most likely you will not get a T68i instead. |

I have Hardare R1A on the back of the phone.
R2A013 software
I kinda wanted to get a T68i....oh well, as long as the phone works better once I get it back.

I just got my phone back. they said mine could not be fixxed and gave me a new T68m. The phone seems better.
I have Hardare R3A on the back of the phone.
R2D005 software.
what am I missing??? what did I gain?? |
