as mentioned many times on this forum, there are no wav 2 midi converters since wav and midi works in 2 very different ways...

nono, it's been mentioned that there are wav to midi convertors, but the results are so poor, its not really worth looking into.

the program called WIDI. but it sucks. you can get every tone you want on the web or wap, its a waste of time converting wavs.

hmmm don't know - guess not, otherwise you can convert them to .amr format, a poor sound format..
If you want to use the song as a ring tone you have to use midi
