I think there are good themes at the sefans.szm.com site. It's a real SE fan site, try it

At SE Fanz most of the themes are mine so i cant say if there good or not...the ones with Fahid Ahmad as operator logo.

SEfanS is in english, but it's currently available only on web and that is an error message saying that your browser doesn't support frames. I forgot to translate it. WAP version will be launched too, but at the moment it's stoped, 'cos I was operated and I have forbidden to sit for 2 months (2 weeks till i can again).
