Hasnīt it got the same camera as K700i? A friend of mine bought it yesterday here in sweden. I have to say thet it looks better i real life than it does on the pictures |

It's a mid-range phone so I think the K500 is a good phone for that price and as the guy above you said, it looks better in real life. |

Itīs good if not one of the best mid-range phones as McKinley says. I donīt tend to buy it myself. But this thread is about pictures taken with k500 and not about the phone in general. |

i'm getting sick of this, first you started a thread that k500 sucks and when anyone even mentions k500 you say it sucks! i guess you haven't even tested it! so what if it has only 12mb's of memory, it's a mid range phone, tell what do you think did se sold more p900 phones or t310/t230 phones? and which is better? you know they have to make some money and tey wouldn't make a lot if they would add a ms duo card for that money...... show me a better phone for this money!
get a grip man all people aren't phone fanatics, all people don't want an ipod in it, some just want to have a phone with maybe some extra "cool" features like mp3 ringtones so that you can have some special ringtones or maybe take a few pics for fun in class etc (well this phone is meant for those who are still in school or for those who just don't want to spend $$$ on features they are not gonna use....)
i was suprised se didn't had a budget model (well ok t310 but it was really outdated in the beggining of this year)
i think 12mb is a lot for a phone like this, but hey everyone is entitled to his own opinion BUT you really don't have to say it sucks if the author of this thread asks for pictures..... |

The phone doesn't seem so popular 
Theres other things to that I have been thinking about , how is the mp3 sound? Is it as good as K700? if you have "played" with both k700 and k500 plz write about the difference between them , like screen quality and that kind of stuff ,

Tess, don't think to much whether it's popular or not, buy it if you find it attractive and good enough for your needs.
I have tried the phone and my impression is very positive.
The sound quality is actually louder and a bit more crisper than my K700i but I have dropped mine a couple of times so I don't know if that is the reason or if the sound to the K500 just happen to be louder than the K700i. Regarding other important things; the screen to this little handset is better than T630/Z600. They all use same resolution but I think the colour to K500 is more staturated and I also get the feeling of it has less jaggies than the others.
the built-in camera quality is good, at least it looked good when I looked through the photo album. I will upload some shots tomorrow for you.
If you are planning to sign up for a new contract, may I suggest F500i. It is the same phone but Vodafone labelled BUT this one looks really good. You ough to take a look and test it at nearest Vodafone store. |

Mckinley: thx , I'm going to bye K500 31 september then I have enough money =D the price here is like 290 US dollar and the phone looks very good and have all feautures I need , I never used BT on my last phone so I dont really need K700 , and I have a good mp3 player already! 3 weeks left and I cant hardly wait

I believe the screen looks really really good! T610 looks like shit compared to it in my opinion and I love mobile games and now I get to play them on 3D
And there Is no way I would bye F500 and get vodaphones ugly menus and I dont want any bills , cus I only got High bills with "3" so no one in my family Is willing to sign o contract for me

I think people will take pictures with the K500, WHEN they buy one.
The k500 is a so new phone so I don't think so many has one yet.
