i like the design of the red one. but the phone it self is poor. sure the speaker is good and so is the stereo MP-3. but the phone is slow, screen is poor (its birght but the pixels look awfull) menu navigation is still like most motorola's (very hard to find something and not very smart), battery is good as is signal. accesoires are hard to find, motorola service isn't one of the best. cam is good, but there are better cam phones.
i was very intrested in this model, but after testing it i was disapointed. and i felt stupid for telling myself that motorola could've changed over the years.
so my advise: don't buy it

first thought nope. unknow brand, don't expect much of the phone.
tell us what you are looking for in a phone. maby we can find the ideal phone for you

Okwap is a taiwan brand...one of the most important of that country.Phone is particular...240k display..FM radio..touchable screen.......No mp3 and Cmos camera...Cmos Is not so good..true?

CMOS is not soo good, but i think all camera phones use it since its cheap... except the  S700i ... It uses CCD ...

C650 has not much memory . 3660 is a good buy if you can get it in your budget.
