My Z600 has just come back from the Hays Service Centre in Banbury (UK) - firmware version R2C007. As far as I can find out from that's not new firmware! I am miffed to say the least! |

Is a fw upgrade a must if the fone is in a service?

well i called up again and they apologised, they misunderstood my description of the problem "phone suffers lag, freezing, and is generally slow to respond to input" - they did some work to the key pad apparently! But the girl I spoke to was cool, she sent me out a Parcel Force pre-paid bag and I sent it back to them, it came back today featuring:

Which seems great to me. If anyone has specific questions please ask me.
