I did not see this mentioned before, but you can see nokia jokes or graphics on a se. You know the dancing man, and the exploding heart etc....
Go to settings, display, test size, & choose large. In to inbox, open a graphic, use the down button once so that sender is not visible. Now use keys 3 to pgdn and 1 to pgup. After a while u get the hang of it.

I think the days on Mokia 'picture' messages are loooong past!
Most other manufacturers have the much better EMS for text messages now.
Thanks for the tip though

Well I understand the text size part & then go to Inbox to open the message (assuming u have a Mokia message in there).
Move down once so the sender name goes off screen, but then I don't know what 1 & 3 are supposed to do?!
I've neither got a phone or message to test it with as none of this applies to P900

I think I get it.. Does anyone remember those jokes which only worked on Nokia phones? People made pictures made up of different characters which fitted exactly on the screen of the old nokias. Then there was a 2nd picture, or a punchline when you pressed the page up or page down keys. With repeated page up/page down, you could make the image seem to be animated.
Until now these jokes didn't work on other phones because of the text size/number of lines not matching those of the old nokias. It used to appear as scambled text.
Obviously there is a way to view these on some SE phones. |

Milky(SORRY miklsp) you are correct till inbox, keys 1 serve as pageup and 3 as pagedown. So that in one key press, the whole screen to what is below it or above. Much like in nokia's.

That's kind of what I thought u meant but I never knew 1 & 3 did that & like I said I don't have such a phone to test it on anymore.
Do u still receive many of those messages? I don't think I've seen one for about 2years!

Here we just keep on getting them. Yahoo just started a section on them recently. You can download 15 of them for around 1usd.
