I went into the CarPhoneWarehouse todat to collect my T68 (I was getting a replacement as my previous one went tits up  ), and the bloke in there (cpwh in Bluewater shopping centre, Dartford, Kent) said it was free!!! and takes two working days to be completed. In other words they sit on there arses for 1 and 9/10ths of a day and do the upgrade in like 10 mins.
Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere on the forum, i did look but couldn't find.
Hope i have been of help to UK T68m owners !!!

OMFG !!! The bloke said they had 2 take it in ! What a pillock !!! I can't get it done at the mo tho, coz the technitions are apparently on holiday. MY ARSE !!!
