This is probably the 6th forum I've tried posting this question on and so far no success. If anyone could help me out, please respond!
I have 3 different bluetooth enabled cell phones, SE T610, Nokia 6620, and Nokia 6820. I purchased a Sony Clie NX80V/U and a bluetooth memory stick (PEGA-MSB1). I primarily wanted to use the Clie as a remote for my Mac, but since I have it, the bluetooth mem stick, and bluetooth phones, I wanted to try to dialout to the internet through my Clie.
I've done this several times when I had a Sony Clie UX50, so I know I'm pairing and creating the connection and network profiles correctly. On the NX80V/U, I have drivers that allow me to use the BT mem stick to pair with each of the phones, and I can sync with my Mac, using Salling Clicker with my Mac, etc. The only thing I cannot do is dialout on the phone.
The phone/clie will connect but instead of dialing it just hangs. Since the NX80V/U is an American handheld model and the PEGA-MSB1 is meant for overseas markets, I cannot get any support from Sony. Has anyone here gotten this combo of devices to work? If not, anyone interested in a handheld and/or bluetooth memory stick?
Thanks
