I have a SE T230. I have activated Airtel GPRS service but their MMS service does not work. The phone shows that the MMS is sent but it never reaches its destination. Their customer care is of NO HELP at all. Can anyone help me out??

Actually, This problem has been there for around 4 months...I don't want to change to Hutch since I like Airtel's quality of service atleast here in Calcutta

ok...I activated GPRS and MMS on the same day. I have been trying to send MMS but it never reaches its destination. I have called up airtel several times but all they say is that sms "mms" to 501 to download the settings which will be automatically installed on the phone. Have done that atleast 5 times but still can't get to use mms...

I think it has something to do with the network, did you try any other sim and had the prob?or the prob with only your existing sim/connection?

Just now i found out another thing...if i use the Airtel mms profile to send mms then i get a communication error message...but if i use the Airtel gprs profile them it shows that the message has been sent but it never reaches destination...could it be a problem with the phone and not the network?
