Hi there-
I just have my T68i and although the phone has great features that I love, the keyboard feels much more plastic like than my 8310 for which I have already regretted the plastic feel (I had a 6210 before that), and with the "yes" and "no" keys very loose in their slots. Do you have the same experience? Is there a way to correct this? Should I open the phone and try to fix it or do you have a suggestion? Thanks.

Mine is rock solid!!
Try return it to the store there you bought it or leave it for service - that might do it!

Hi there,

I would not recommend you opening the phone yourself as this would invalidate your warranty. I would take it to a service center to have a look at or maybe back to where you bought it from - depends on how much it bothers you.

I think that the yes/no keys being a bit loose is not unusual but as I say return it if it bothers you too much as I know minor flaws in a phone can be very irritating

My keys are pretty solid here, I'd just return it and get a new phone.
