I just bought a Jabra 250 and it works really well with my t630.
However, there are a couple of things I noticed:

1. I start with my t630 Bluetooth On and Jabra Off. When I turn on my Jabra, the phone detects it and switch to Handsfree Profile immediately. Actually, in many cases, it will turn to "After the tone, please say the name or Voice Command" state, cause I have voice command enabled. Maybe this is because I pushed the On button in my Jabra for too long.
2. I start with my t630 BT Off and Jabra On. When I turn on BT on the phone, it doesn't detect my Jabra at all. I need to manually go to Bluetooth->My Devices, select my Jabra and Connect.
3. I start with my Jabra On and t630 BT On but outside of the BT range. When I come within range, it doesn't detect my Jabra and I need to connect to it manually like in case 2 above.

Are cases 2&3 above expected, or are there any settings I need to change? This is kind of annoying, because I usually leave my Jabra on (standby) for example in my car, and when I'm away I turn off my t630 BT to save battery. When I come back to my car and turn on by BT, it doesn't detect the Jabra automatically.

Thanks

I have a similar problem as you stated with case 1. (with my k700), when I turn on the headset (either before or after BT activated on phone) it starts a voice dialling session. I have had to result to turning off my voice dialling. Is there a way around this?

I just got a reply from Jabra about this problem:

Q:

Whenever I turn on my headset, it connects to the phone then tries to carry out voice activated dialling. So my process for turning on the headset is, turn on bluetooth on the phone, turn on headset, then cancel the voice dialling using my phone.

A:

Unfortunately that is a slight eccentricity of the headset. There is no way to stop it from happening. What you are already doing is the only thing you can do once it has initiated. We apologize for the inconvenience.
