a master reset will not help, it will instead delete some of the pictures that came with the software.

use the search and you'll find threads about this

I'm afraid that they are gone...forever and ever. You have to wait until your network supports MMS so that someone can send them back to you. You will not get them back even if you reinstall the same software or even if you upgrade your software. Ericsson only offers them to you once, when you buy a new T68i, or when you upgrade from T68m to T68i.

NO! It will not. I have tried it 3 times! Unless it is the fact that we are reinstalling the same R2B version and we are not actually UPgrading. SE tell me that I will never get them back through them.

WHAT A STUPID SUGGESTION!!! MASTER RESETING THE PHONE WILL NEVER BRING IT BACK.

By deleting something you free up the memory that it uses so where exactly would it be kept if the phone could restore them from a factory reset!

AS I said; Ericsson only offers them to you once!!! They are like incoming SMS; once you loose them, you can't get them back

I deleted all my MMS crap the first day I got my phone, what a waste of memory!

Until I get MMS supported, I'll worry about it then.

By the way, if you really want it back, I think you can Email it back to yourself.
