Nokia and SE bluetooth compatibility |

I have tried many times sending pictures or midi files fm my t630 to a nokia 6230 but it was unsuccessful. It only works via infrared. Is it because of the different bluetooth version they use?

I can't say for the 6230 as I've never tried but Nokias often have.trouble receiving items from my experience. U should be thankful anything will send at all! The last Nokia I bought was the 7210 (pitiful phone) which didn't even have BT & the IR was incapable of sending or receiving anything other than contacts! That was one of the MANY reasons I returned it to the shop in a week & got a T300.
The best solution is to get all ur mates to buy SEs

I donīt know, but maybe the BT in ur 6230 is defectous? (if thatīs a word..i hope).
