Yes it is possible to get an Amiga emulator for the PC.

You can get an emulator for most older systems on pc, try download.net or kazaa

go to http://www.freeroms.com/ a huge selection of atari/nes/snes/genisis roms and it has emulators 2!

I used to use Winuae for my Amiga emulation. http://www.winuae.net/
You'll need an amiga Bios image for it to boot, which you can extract from an Amiga if you own one. You can find one using google but i think that would be illegal.
Another way to emulate an Amiga is using Amiga Forever. http://www.amigaforever.com/
