Has anyone else noticed this problem? The speakervolume is rather low when I use the phone. I have set the volume to maximum. Itīs hard to hear the other one. If I use the handsfree the volume is just fine. |

sometimes it seems quiet, and other times it seems to be ok for me. Guess it could depend on signal strenth and the network calling you.

I have found that it is actually not the phone that is the problem as such; It's how you hold it up to yous ear.
The speaker on the K700 only lets sound out through the narrow line like. Just by moving the phone a fraction, to let the sound have free access to the ear channel, makes the speaker very good.
Just to demonstrate what I'm trying to say:
Holding the speaker towards point 1 will make the anathomy of the ear work like a "silencer" for the sound whilst point 2 gives the sound free flow.

tranquil: actually not...
It is a bug. Try lowering the volume while calling and then getting it back to maximum. It should be fixed then.

@tranquil - Looks like you have some 'medical' background back there mate . . . Hmmm . . . an EENT (E-yes, E-ars, N-ose, T-hroat) perhaps ! I guess it's a 'bug' then. Have the firmware upgraded if not yet done dude |
