While the Olympic Games, the leading athletic event of the planet is in progress, Vodafone GR announced the records that marked her telecommunication network in 12 critical, from side of concentration of public athletic installations. As it is reported in the relative bulletin, in this period of increased requirements in quality telecommunications output to all subscribers of Vodafone GR, were served with absolute success. At the same time it is reported that the behavior of network of Vodafone GR in the region of the basic athletic installations in hours of peak, was exceptional, creating an output for future reference.
What concerns the attribution of the company's network the Director of Technology of Vodafone GR Mr Nikos Mastorakis declared: "The effort that was made in order Vodafone GR to rise this particular period, whenever increased requirements needed, was acknowledged. We are particularly proud that we have contributed also to our country and present an exceptional picture of Greece for the preparation and the infrastructures for the organisation of such big athletic events. "
In 12 athletic installations, with exceptionally big concentration of sporting world, the percentage of calls that was served, from Vodafone GR was between 99,8 -100% constantly, and nothing less than that.
